PSHRA25 is your opportunity to connect with HR professionals across the public sector to share insights, learn about emerging trends and gain new perspectives on how to meet the challenges facing public sector HR today.

How to Register Yourself: Select the Full Conference registration option. Please note the additional questions to answer as part of your registration. You must agree to the PSHRA Annual Conference Policies to register. Once the full PSHRA25 program is available, you can optionally choose sessions to add to your itinerary. The system will notify you of any conflicting sessions. You may return to this page any time until September 15, 2025 to make changes to your personal itinerary. Note that session admission is subject to venue capacity. Building your personal agenda does not guarantee access to any session.

How to Register Someone Else: You can register other individuals at your organization as well. If you need assistance, please contact us at conference@pshra.org.

How is my registration fee determined?: Your eligibility to register at the PSHRA Member Rate is determined by your membership status. If you are not a current PSHRA Member, please join PSHRA prior to registering for the Conference to enjoy an exclusive Member Rate.

Hotel Reservations: PSHRA25 will be held at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Additional rooms are available a less than 5-minute walk away at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. Booking links and additional details are available on our website.

Cancellation Policy: Confirmed registrants for the PSHRA25 Conference may transfer their registration or cancel and receive a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee through August 15, 2025. Cancellations received from August 16, 2025, through September 15, 2025, may transfer their registration or receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations made in writing to PSHRA after September 16, 2025, are nonrefundable, though transfers are permitted.

Payments: Credit card payments must be completed by the registrant on the conference website. If you require an invoice, you may select "Pay Later" during checkout. You may retrieve your invoice after checkout from the "Participation" tab of your profile. Note that payment for invoiced registrations must be received within 30 days of registration or before the start of PSHRA25, whichever date is earliest, or your registration may be subject to cancellation. All registrations must be paid in full prior to attending PSHRA25.
