Hi everyone. My name is Christel Kellar. I am a Senior HR Generalist for Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority in Phoenix AZ. As a generalist I do a little bit of everything including recruitment, assisting managers with disciplinary action, special projects, and medical leave administration. I joined the agency in June 2022. I have previous HR experience at the County government level.
