Participants will explore the topic through facilitated discussion, peer insight, and strategic conversation with fellow leaders from across government agencies.

- How HR frames risk, value, and organizational impact
- What “strategic communication” actually looks like in government
Exploration Focus:
A space to unpack the tension between HR’s work and leadership’s priorities.
