Join us on March 12th at 1:00 PM ET in celebration of Women’s History Month for a discussion on menopause and its symptoms, work impact and practical solutions. Our speaker will provide an insightful understanding of menopause and an overview of the Society for Women’s Health Research’s (SWHR) EMPACT Menopause Study.
Menopause is a natural life stage. However, for many women, it comes with real physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms that can affect daily life and work. In this webinar, we’ll break down what menopause is, common and often overlooked symptoms, and the impact menopause can have on women in the workplace, from productivity and well-being to retention and career progression.
We’ll also provide an overview of SWHR’s EMPACT Menopause Study, highlighting key findings on menopause and work, and translate the evidence into practical tools and resources that participants can bring back to their organizations. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to foster more supportive, inclusive, and menopause-aware workplaces.
This webinar will be our second installment of Dialogue and Perspectives Webinar Series for 2026—a powerful initiative designed to amplify voices in public sector HR. This series will feature expert discussions, real-world insights, and actionable strategies to foster openness and leadership in our field.
