Currently, I am the Director of Human Resources for the City of Charlottesville in Virginia. I have earned the PSHRA-SCP and recently completed the Senior Executive Institute (SEI) at the University of Virginia. Additionally, I have earned the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications as well as the CM (Certified Manger) certification. I have over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Department Head serving in private, non-profit, and government (federal and local) sectors.
