Over 20 years risk and benefits experience, and 15 years HR experience in public and private sectors. I have established and rolled out wellness programs, organizational newsletters, employee handbooks, and developed an HR program for a mid-size organization from ground up. I have handled employee relations in 6 states and have developed training for Title II and VI as well as ADA compliant job descriptions through our ADA transition plan.
